Hong Kong’s top 5 star hotels have joined forces with the Hong Kong Tourism Board and Cathay Pacific to brainstorm how to kick start the HK economy post covid. They assembled In Popinjays,  the stunning rooftop restaurant at The Murray Hotel in Central, with top management from The Peninsula Hotel, Wharf Hotels, Harilela Hotels, Mandarin Oriental, The Langham, Swire Hotels and Shangri-La Hotels attending. The group was assembled so as to help the hotel industry weather this covid-19 storm!
